Lance Stukaloff

Managing Partner

Lance founded Sphinx Capital after extensive experience in the real estate finance industry, starting with business development for two of the largest fintech lenders in the country. Along the way, Lance built a nationwide network of over 5,000 mortgage brokers, many of whom are still partners today. Lance lives in Sarasota, Florida and actively invests in his own projects across the country.

During the past 12 years in the finance industry he has arranged over $750M in equity and debt for real estate developments and investments worldwide. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and entrepreneurship from Washington University in St. Louis.
