Lance Stukaloff
Managing Partner
Lance founded Sphinx Capital after building his career in real estate finance, including business-development roles with two of the country's largest fintech lenders. Along the way, he built a nationwide network of more than 5,000 mortgage brokers, many of whom remain partners today.
Over 12 years in finance, Lance has arranged more than $750 million in equity and debt for real estate developments and investments worldwide. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and entrepreneurship from Washington University in St. Louis and actively invests in projects across the country.
